Week 4/Week 5
Week 4 ended with me doing a very minimal amount of pilates because my hip flexors have decided to hate me. However, I will not be missing a single day of Week 5 as it is finally the week of Prom and it’s an all out cardio blaster! I’m going to enjoy it very much. :)
Sorry I haven’t been posting much, I’ve been working on publishing my first novel. Eep!
